It normally takes 1-3 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: 48h
  • Shipping time: 7-20 days

The shipping cost is calculated based on the destination country/region, weight and volume of the parcel. Shipping rates may vary from country to country, please contact our customer service for details.

Free shipping

When the order is over $59, you can enjoy the free shipping service.If the order is less than $59, you need to pay $5.99 shipping fee


DELIVERY

Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent in e-mail immediately after we ship the order out.  We will also e-mail you if there is any unsuccessful delivery. After you receive the order you purchased, you are free to write a review. 

Please contact us within 30 days since shipment if no receipt or delivery, our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
